Being a mum is one of the hardest jobs on the planet. In one day we are a cook, cleaner, organizer, laundress, dishwasher, counselor, caregiver, chauffeur, advisor, and so on. Our work is not for 8 hours but 24 hours a day 7 days a week and…it never ends. 

In this episode, I hope we will help you understand you are not alone, help you find a healthier perspective, and allow you to find rest and re-creation while still being a mum.
